Almond & Date Energy Balls
These no-bake energy balls are perfect for a quick, nutritious treat.
Ingredients:
1 cup almonds
1 cup pitted medjoul dates
1/4 cup shredded coconut
1 tbsp cocoa powder (optional)
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:
In a food processor, combine almonds and dates until finely chopped.
Add shredded coconut, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract.
Process until the mixture forms a sticky dough.
Roll into small balls and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
